From 20th of December 2022, Roe & Rifle Premium Hunting Limited Liability Company ( 7624 Pécs, Budai Nagy Antal street 1 ) will process your (Person concerned) personal data, i.e. your name, e-mail address, phone number, delivery name and address, billing name and address in case of different billing data, tax number, which you have provided during registration, ordering or communication on the website https://roeandrifle.com/ in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. Roe & Rifle Premium Hunting Limited Liability Company (thereinafter referred to as the “Controller”) is the controller of the personal data provided on the website.
Purpose and legal basis for processing
The Controller processes the personal data provided on the website for the purposes of subscribing to the newsletter, ordering, requesting a quote, fulfilling an order, issuing and storing the invoice. The basis of the processing is the obligation to send the newsletter in the case of subscribing to the newsletter, to prepare and perform the contract in the case of ordering and order fulfillment, and to issue and store the accounting document (invoice) in the case of issuing the invoice, based on the law (§ 165 (1) and § 169 (2) of the Accounting Act). The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR, i.e. the voluntary consent of the data subject. The provision of personal data provided during communication via the website is a prerequisite for the conclusion of the contract, as the offer or order cannot be fulfilled without the provision of the personal data required for the order, or the accounting document (invoice) cannot be issued without the provision of the billing data. During the order/registration process, the Data Subject may consent to the processing of his/her telephone number by the Controller also for the purpose of making telephone calls to the Data Subject in order to support and promote the activities of the Controller. The Data Subject must expressly consent to such processing of the telephone number in the registration/ordering interface. The legal basis for the processing in this case is also Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e. the data subject’s voluntary consent.
Recipients of personal data
The service providers who deliver the ordered product are the recipients of the personal data you provide for the purpose of the order: the accountant of the Controller the National Tax and Customs Administration, if the accounting document (invoice) contains VAT exceeding HUF 100,000. The personal data provided in the order will not be transmitted by the Controller to any other person.
Duration of the processing
The Controller processes the personal data provided for the purpose of fulfilling the order for 365 days after the order is fulfilled. The Controller shall keep the personal data provided for the purpose of issuing an accounting document (invoice) in order to comply with the legal obligation to keep the personal data for 8 years from the date of issue of the accounting document and shall destroy the personal data in January of the year following the expiry of the 8th year. The Controller shall process the email addresses provided for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter until the Data Subject’s withdrawal of the subscription, but no later than the last day of the Controller’s operation.
Amendments to the privacy statement
The Controller may amend this privacy notice at any time. The amended privacy notice shall apply when the Controller publishes it on its website. Your order shall be governed by the Privacy Notice in force at the time you place your order.
Your rights regarding data management:
Right of access
You have the right to receive feedback from the Controller on whether the Controller is processing your personal data. If the Controller processes your personal data, you have the right to access the following information: (i) the purposes of the processing; (ii) the categories of the concerned personal data ; (iii) the recipients or future recipients of the processed personal data ; (iv) the envisaged duration of the storage of the personal data or the criteria for determining the duration; (v) your right to rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your personal data and your right to object to the processing of your personal data; (vi) the right to lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information; (vii) information about the source of the personal data, if the personal data have not been collected directly from you; and (viii) the fact of automated decision-making, at least the logic used and clear information about the significance of the processing of personal data and its likely consequences for you. Right to rectification
You have the right to request the Controller to correct inaccurate personal data or to complete incomplete personal data without undue delay.
Right to erasure
The Controller shall delete your personal data at your request without undue delay. In other cases, the Controller will delete your personal data without undue delay if (i) the Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, (ii) you have withdrawn your consent (in case of processing based on consent) and there is no other legal basis for the processing, (iii) you object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing or you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, (iv) your personal data have been unlawfully processed, (v) the Controller is required to erase the personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation, or (vi) the personal data are collected in connection with the provision of information society services directly to children.
Right to restriction of processing
You may request the Controller to restrict the processing. In the case of restriction of processing, the Controller may process the personal data, except for storage, only with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or of a Member State. You may request the restriction of the processing of personal data if (i) you contest the accuracy of the personal data, (ii) the processing is unlawful, you object to the erasure of the personal data, (iii) the Controller does not need the personal data for the purposes of the processing but you request the restriction of the personal data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or (iv) you object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. The Controller will inform you of the lifting of the restriction prior to the lifting.
Objection to the processing of personal data
You may object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation if the processing of your personal data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by you or a third party. You may object to processing at any time if the processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes. The Controller may not process personal data if you object to the processing of personal data.
Right to data portability
You may request to receive the personal data provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, where the processing of personal data is based on consent and the processing is carried out by automated means.
